Privacy Policy

This policy explains what InboxMade processes, what stays local in your browser, and how temporary email data is retained or deleted.

Overview

InboxMade provides temporary email and browser-based privacy tools. Temporary email requires online processing so messages can be received and shown in the inbox interface. Utility tools such as 2FA OTP, Gmail alias generation, password generation, fancy text, and ASCII tools are designed to run in your browser.

Do not use disposable inboxes for sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, government, or long-term recovery information.

Temporary Inbox Data

When you create an inbox, InboxMade processes the generated address, access mode, expiration time, and information needed to operate and protect the inbox.

Private owner keys are protected and cannot be recovered if lost. Treat private owner links like passwords because anyone with the owner link can open or delete that inbox.

Email Message Data

Messages sent to an active inbox are processed so the sender, recipient, subject, message body, verification code, size, and receive time can be displayed.

InboxMade is receive-only for temporary mail. It is not intended to replace a permanent mailbox or account recovery address.

Local Tools

The 2FA OTP viewer, Gmail alias generator, password generator, fancy text generator, and ASCII tools run in your browser. Inputs for these tools are not intentionally submitted to InboxMade.

Close the page or clear your browser session if you do not want local tool inputs to remain visible on your device.

Retention

Public inboxes expire based on the selected lifetime. Private inbox addresses can remain active until deleted, while messages older than 30 days are cleaned automatically.

Deleted or expired aliases are burned to reduce the risk of future address reuse.

Cookies And Choices

InboxMade does not currently require advertising cookies. The site may use minimal browser storage to remember interface choices.

You can delete an active inbox from the owner session or owner link. If an inbox has expired or been deleted, InboxMade may not be able to recover or inspect it.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated as InboxMade adds features, retention controls, or support channels. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
